The Deeper Implications of Ritual Elements

There are many singular elements that are injected into any ritual that may be done, and while there are consistencies amongst the various magic(k)al schools, there are equally as many variations, so, I would like to address those that are most common, and those that I am familiar with in my own mutated system.

I would first introduce what it is I mean to discuss in regards to things such as cleansing, the use of tools, the generation of your sphere of influence, invocation, evocation, etc. It is not my purpose to tell you how to use these various ritual elements, nor is it my intention to tell you how to perform a ritual. Most of you would already be aware of these subjects, and I wouldn't want to bore you any further with my own dogma.

So what it is I do intend on sharing with you are the deeper dynamics that are going on behind the scene as we perform our rituals. I would discuss thought patterns and beliefs that lie deeply within us that most deeply affect both our needs and desires to do ritual for certain gain (materiel or spiritual) and the outcome of our rituals themselves. I would discuss the metaphysical implications of what it is you are, and are doing, as a magician, wizard, witch, mage, or shaman as you stand and perform your dance before the eyes of Source alone. I would discuss what it is that enriches our lives so profoundly, that which we call "ritual magic."

This will end up being a series, of course, so we will let this posting stand only as an introduction.

I would clarify that for me, it is not the method that is important here (though our methods do have import to each of us personally - I would not take that from you). While different methods, schools and approaches each tap a slightly different magical stream, they are all streams that feed , and are fed by, the major current we call Magic(k), and what I think of simply as being the whole of life itself.

Please don't be concerned whether you are G:.D:. , A:.A:. , OTO, Pagan, Wican, etc. when it seems I don't address something particularly important to your personal practice. Your joy is your joy and will always remain such. Just accept what it is that thrills you, inspires you, or fills even the tiniest space within you that has not yet been noticed.

Demystifying the Mystical: Ritual Purification and Fasting [Part Four]

The Seven Day Fast: A Proven Protocol*

Days 8, 9 and 10

“The Fast Break”

You did it! You completed the fast! You have lost fat, not muscle. You have detoxified your once polluted body. You have flushed yourself clean. You have re-invigorated yourself with vitamins, minerals and other herbal nutrients. You feel as if you could live on the fasting protocol as long as you desire; a far cry from the first few days when you were questioning whether or not to complete the fast. You now have a clean slate with which to use for creating the reality you choose. This process helps you celebrate life! Now, you just have to break the fast properly!

This is a simple fast breaking protocol to follow. Variants of this protocol are presently in use by other cultures and religious communities for various reasons, and have been used safely from time immemorial. It is imperative that you follow these directions explicitly. If you do not follow the simple process for breaking your fast, you will experience “metabolic shock,” which can result in severe nausea, dizziness and in rare cases, death.

YOU MUST NOT EAT ANY MEAT, OR COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATES FOR AT LEAST THREE DAYS AFTER YOU COMPLETE THIS FAST! This is not due to social or esoteric reasons; it is because your body needs time to re-adapt to solid food first, then gradually, meat, pastas, breads, rice and the like can become part of your diet once again, in this order—Fish, chicken, then lamb or beef, and last, pork and crustaceans. The last two are lowest in vibratory rate. Rice, Pastas and other complex carbohydrates should also follow this same pattern--gradual reintroduction after three days.

Continue to visualize your body circulate and assimilate nutrients at the cellular, histological, organic and systemic levels of the body. Simultaneously, visualize your body eliminating dead cells, toxins and other waste materials.

Upon waking:

-Weigh yourself and take “tailor’s measurements,” Journal the information!
-Drink at least 12oz of water
-Face a mirror, look yourself directly in the eyes while stating, “I successfully completed my fast, per the Protocol, a testament to the sincerity of my intent!”
-State your Telos, or Magickal Purpose for undertaking the work

Breakfast:

Either 3 teaspoons of plain, strained (Greek style) yogurt (preferred) OR Cottage Cheese
5 spinach leaves or 3 lettuce leaves
1 baby carrot, steamed to your liking
Take 1 ReGeneration Vitamin
Drink 24oz of Water

Mid-morning:

5 spinach leaves or 3 lettuce leaves
1 baby carrot, steamed to your liking
Take 1 ReGeneration Vitamin
Drink 24oz of water.

Lunch:

Either 6 teaspoons of plain, strained (Greek style) yogurt (preferred) OR Cottage Cheese
5 spinach leaves or 3 lettuce leaves
1 baby carrot, steamed to your liking
Take 1 ReGeneration Vitamin
Drink 32oz of water

Late Afternoon:

Either 6 teaspoons of plain, strained (Greek style) yogurt (preferred) OR Cottage Cheese
Drink 24oz of water

Dinner:

Either 8 teaspoons of plain, strained (Greek style) yogurt (preferred) OR Cottage Cheese
5 spinach leaves or 4 lettuce leaves
2 baby carrots, steamed to your liking
Take 1 ReGeneration Vitamin
Drink 32oz of water

Early Evening:

Drink 12oz of water
Meditate on your Telos, using your preferred method of entrainment. Sweet dreams!

Days 9 and 10:

Utilize the outline above. Progressively ramp-up the amount of the Strained (Greek Style) yogurt or Cottage Cheese to 1/2 cup; likewise, increase the amount of spinach and steamed carrots and beginning with Lunch on Day 9, start to include fruit as well. Begin with small amounts (1/4 of a whole fruit, 1/2 oz of berries, etc.) of oranges, grapefruit bananas, blueberries and apples through dinner on Day 10. Remember to drink at least a gallon of water a day to keep your body flushed and operating at an optimum level, take your ReGeneration vitamin softgel at mealtime and use the meal schedule as an outline for you to use hereafter, so to keep your metabolic rate higher. Eating smaller portions with greater frequency is a proven metabolic boosting technique.

On the Fast Break day (Day 8) and the two days thereafter (Days 9 and 10), take one of the Senakot tablets two to three times a day; 1 upon waking, one at breakfast and 1 at mid-morning. Discontinue using Senakot as soon as you start having regular bowel movements again, or on day 10--whichever comes first.

As a pure weight loss tool, you may repeat the Seven Day Fasting Protocol every six weeks, as needed, in conjunction with a proper exercise regimen and approval of a Medical Professional. As an adjunct to major Magickal Practice, and if it be your will, add this regimen as needed, bearing in mind all the information contained in this series.

To make your own strained (Greek Style) yogurt, simply purchase paper coffee filters and plain low-fat yogurt. Pour all the yogurt into a bowl, rinse the original container clean. Place the coffee filter over the top of the yogurt container. Then, push the filter far enough down into the container so it holds a significant amount of the unstrained yogurt, but leaves enough of the filter extending up, past the top of the container, so that it can be folded down on the outside of the container then, rubber banded securely in place. Once the filter is securely fastened (remember, it will be supporting the weight of the yogurt), pour as much of the yogurt as possible from the bowl into the filter. Let stand undisturbed for 30 minutes, then refrigerate overnight. Cover the bowl containing the remaining unstrained yogurt, and return it to the refrigerator immediately. The next day, the yogurt in the filter will have the appearance of Ricotta type cheese. Carefully (without breaking the wet filter), remove the filter from the yogurt container, discard the water strained from the yogurt. You may repeat this process for the remaining amount of unstrained yogurt, re-do your current batch to make it even thicker or just use the yogurt container to hold your first batch of the Greek Style Yogurt.

The Seven Day Fast: A Proven Protocol*

Day 1:

Make sure you have no commitments that take you out of the house this day, as you will need to be near your bathroom.  The colon cleansing power of the Sauerkraut Juice is superior to most other chemically based products costing four or five times as much.  Your stool will become runny toward the middle of the day and will remain so throughout the fast, with diminishing frequency.  Additionally, any time you feel you have to “pass gas,” you would be wise to do so “on the pot”—passing “wet” gas in your pants is not fun to experience; especially for women wearing thongs and those who choose to go “Commando.”  

You may drink naturally decaffeinated tea during your fast, but no alcohol, juice cocktail, milk or dairy-based beverages; no sugar and caffeine laden drinks such as coffee and soda either.  Finally, there is no smoking or tobacco use during this purification and detoxification process.

Throughout this evolution, you will have to wake-up during the night to urinate.  At first, your urine may have a dark yellow color.  As the fast progresses, the color will change to bright straw or bright yellow, and at times, may even be clear.  

Meditation and visualization are important to the overall effectiveness of the fast.  Visualize your body circulate and assimilate nutrients at the cellular (epithelial, pseudo-stratified, etc.), organ (liver, pancreas, etc.) and systemic (circulatory, nervous, etc.) levels of the body.   Simultaneously, visualize your body eliminate dead cells, toxins and other waste material left behind by free radicals, drugs, alcohol and food additives. 


Upon waking:

-Weigh yourself and take “tailor’s measurements,” Journal the information
-Drink at least 12oz of water 
-Face a mirror, look yourself directly in the eyes while stating, “I will complete this fast per the Protocol!” 
-State your Telos, or Magickal Purpose for undertaking the work.


Drink ¼ of the Biotta Sauerkraut Juice bottle
Take 1 ReGeneration Vitamin
Drink 24oz of Water

Within 30 minutes, the laxative effect may begin to work.





Take 1 ReGeneration Vitamin
Drink 32oz of water


Late Afternoon:

Drink ¼ of the Biotta Sauerkraut Juice bottle
Take 1 ReGeneration Vitamin
Drink 24oz of water

Dinner:

Drink ¼ of the Biotta Sauerkraut Juice bottle
Take 1 ReGeneration Vitamin
Drink 24oz of water

Early Evening:

Drink 12oz of Water

Demystifying the Mystical: Ritual Purification and Fasting [Part One]

Fasting is one of the most dreaded, misunderstood and improperly executed ritualistic endeavors made use of by practitioners of the Western Esoteric Tradition.  We make use of this process to prepare for a significant spiritual event.  By following a safe and reputable fasting protocol, the body detoxifies itself, the basal metabolic rate operates more efficiently and higher and aesthetically, it is definitely worth the effort.  More importantly, however, the process forces the individual to focus the Magickal Will with laser-like intensity on the mystical reason for the fast and it serves to demonstrate the individual’s sincerity to whatever the ultimate intent of the work may be.

The Seven Day Fast:  A Proven Protocol*

During the three days leading up to the fast, there should be no intake of large, heavy or greasy meals.  Avoid alcohol, caffeine and any other substance that could irritate the stomach, convert itself to a “bio-toxin” or slow digestion. 

Light exercise is a critical component of this fast.  One should continue with Yoga, Pilates and any other form of exercise that feels comfortable.  Eliminate heavy lifting, long runs or walks and any exercise that over-exerts the body and/or requires a greater intake of calories from whole food sources, during the fast. 

Finally, follow the adage, “Cleanliness is next to Godliness.”  Shower at least once a day using an aromatic soap.  This is a great way to wash away the toxins you excrete through your skin’s pores, satisfy your sense of smell (formerly occupied by the smell of food), and for the couple, a great way to become more intimate and make the process easier for the one fasting.  If you can, try to get a massage out of your significant other too, since it aids the detoxification process!

The Components

1 Bottle of Biotta Sauerkraut Juice
6 Bottles of Biotta Vegetable Cocktail Juice
1 Bottle of Nature’s Plus ReGeneration Softgel Vitamin Capsules
1 Bottle of Senakot, a Senna-based, natural (not chemical) laxative
1 Pur Water Pitcher
1 Notebook to document the effects you experience during the process
